SOCIAL REALITY SELF-CONSTITUTING IN TERRORISM DISCOURSE

Abstract. The article examines the existence of social reality self-determining in the discourse of terroristic threat in the framework of security policy. Constant orientation to terroristic threat turns into social reality self-constituting as a terroristic organization. Permanent "war against terrorism" is established as a principle of social reality existence abolishing legal boundaries and threatening the very social being.
