SUBJECTS OF COMMERCIAL LAW: NOVELTIES OF CIVIL LEGISLATION

The Russian Law Academy of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation (The Middle Volga Branch) in Saransk
Abstract. The article examines the changes concerning the subjects of commercial activity introduced into the Russian civil legislation. The author analyzes the novelties of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation introducing changes into the list of the organizational and legal forms of commercial organizations and providing new classifications of juridical persons. The paper also analyzes the provisions of other normative legal acts aimed to resolve the legal status of economic partnerships, investment companies, commodity exchanges, wholesale fairs.
