PERSONNEL OF KRASNOYARSK REGIONAL COLLEGE OF ADVOCATES DURING THE GREAT PATRIOTIC WAR

Abstract. The article is devoted to the issues of the formation of the personnel of the college of advocates of one of the largest regions of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic, Krasnoyarsk region, during the Great Patriotic War. The author considers the problems associated with the mobilization of lawyers in the front-line forces and judicial and prosecutorial authorities and the admission of new members to the college. Special attention is paid to the work of the lawyers, who were evacuated to Siberia from the European part of the USSR.
