Abstract. The article aims at showing the ethical context of the military security of the state. The novelty of the research is in the registration of the moral order of the plenipotentiary carriers of military security, which is not conducive to long-term planning. This forces them to respond to the change of military-political projects in the situation of the little bit of time to make a decision. Common sense takes roots in equipping military security subjects with knowledge about their ethical order that will promote the fruitful development of the state.
