STATE HOUSING POLICY IN BURYATIA IN THE 90S OF THE XX CENTURY: CHARACTER, MAIN TENDENCIES AND RESULTS

Abstract. In the article the experience of the realization of state policy in the housing sector of the Republic of Buryatia in the 1990s is analyzed. In this connection the transformation of legal space entailing changes in the sphere of housing construction and maintenance is studied. The author focuses on the liberal nature of housing policy conditioned by the elimination of state monopoly in the issues of property and housing construction.
