IDEAS OF REGIONALISM IN SIBERIAN SOCIAL AND POLITICAL JOURNALISM AT THE END OF THE XX - THE BEGINNING OF THE XXI CENTURY

Abstract. In this article the author considers the significance of the ideas of regionalism in Siberian social and political journalism at the turn of the XX-XXI centuries. The main factor actualizing the views of regionalists in the modern period is the search for the mechanisms that determine regional identity in the period of state transformations: the formation of meta-cultures and the unification of local territorial peculiarities. The conclusion about the importance of regionalism attitudes in the situation of state social and political changes is made.
