PROBLEM OF STAFFING CLUBS IN 1985-1991 (BY THE EXAMPLE OF THE BASHKIR AUTONOMOUS SOVIET SOCIALIST REPUBLIC)

Abstract. The article for the first time on the basis of archival and statistical materials analyzes the indicators of staffing the clubs of the Soviet Bashkiria in 1985-1991, identifies and describes their typical features and similarities in comparison with the data on the Ural economic region and the RSFSR on average. In this connection the author examines the quantitative and qualitative structure of the club workers of the Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, the system of their training, the problem of staff turnover and measures to solve it.
