Abstract. The article considers internal (social, economic, political, and cultural) and external (the influence of other countries) reasons for "Arab Spring". Not only political changes in the Middle East countries resulting from "Arab Spring" are determined, but also the factors, in response to which they occurred, as well as some of their key elements. The forecasts of possible political development of Arab countries are formulated, and a few scenarios for the formation of their governments are given.
