WRITTEN CONTRACTS ON LAND USE CONDITIONS AS A SOURCE ON HISTORY OF LAND RELATIONS IN UFA DISTRICT AT THE BEGINNING OF THE XVIII CENTURY

Abstract. The article examines written contracts on land use conditions - civil-legal acts regulating land transactions within the territory of Ufa district at the beginning of the XVIII century. The documents allow characterizing the development scale and spread territory of agriculture among the Bashkir people, land relations between the Bashkirs, their settlers and Russian population. Written contracts on land use conditions indicate a wide use of private-law land transactions.
