ACTIVITY OF UFA GOVERNOR N. H. LOGVINOV IN SOCIAL SPHERE

Abstract. The article examines the social activity of Ufa governor N. H. Logvinov. The author comes to the conclusion that the head of the region paid much attention to the problems of medicine, local press, and the reform of wine selling. The governor took measures against the advance of epidemics, had control over provincial guardianship on public sobriety, opened tea houses, reading rooms, free libraries and folk choirs.
