VISUAL THINKING OF THE ARTIST AND VISIBLE ESSENCE OF THE WORK OF ART

Abstract. The article deals with visual thinking as a kind of synthetic thinking, which allows the artist to embody essence ideally grasped by him in a work of art. It is asserted that essence is revealed and becomes visible in the process of the creative activity of the artist. The author concludes that with the help of visual thinking the idea of the artist is embodied in gestalt, and the product of creative activity becomes a cultural value.
