THE CZECHOSLOVAK CORPS OF THE PERIOD OF THE CIVIL WAR IN PERIODICALS AND AUTOBIOGRAPHICAL POLITICAL ESSAYS (BY THE MATERIALS OF THE VOLGA REGION)

Abstract. The article shows how the military and political events of the initial period of the Civil War with the participation of the Czechoslovak Corps are represented in periodicals and autobiographical political essays. From historical viewpoints by the materials of the Volga region the authors examine the problem of the role of the press in the formation of the image of enemy. Newspaper publications, the memoirs of the direct participants of the mentioned events serve as original material. The themes, forms of the presentation of the material, author’s original evaluations are under analysis.
