Abstract. The article introduces the author’s original conception of the forms of the implementation of existence transcendental constituting from the viewpoints of semantic and semiotic analysis. The author argues for the use of culturological text as a form encoding the structural and semantic components of linguistic perception and knowledge. The researcher suggests studying the ontological foundations of culture as culturological text.
