PROBLEMS OF PERFORMING INCOME-GENERATING ACTIVITY BY BUDGETARY INSTITUTIONS AND COMMAND OF INCOME RECEIVED FROM SUCH ACTIVITY PERFORMANCE

Abstract. The article is devoted to the analysis of the practical problems of performing income-generating activity by budgetary institutions that are associated with the necessity to get approval from the owner for certain transactions in the process of such activity performance, as well as with limitations on the command of the earned income. On the basis of the norms of the current civil legislation in the article the types of income-generating activity, which budgetary institutions have a right to perform and the kinds of civil contracts concluded at that are considered. According to the results of the conducted research the author points out the imperfection of the mechanism of budgetary institutions functioning conditioned by their special civil legal capacity.
