STATE INDUSTRIAL POLICY: NOTION AND CONTENT IN MODERN CONDITIONS

Abstract. The article analyses theoretical approaches to the definition of state industrial policy. The author comes to the conclusion that in spite of the forecasts of neoliberals the diverse participation of the state still remains the key element of this phenomenon. Besides, such phenomena as informatization and the equal interaction of all the interested sides (from state bureaucracy to the workers of the concrete enterprise) have come to the foreground of the notion under discussion.
