FORMATION OF VORONEZH DISTRICT WATER RESCUE SOCIETY

Abstract. The article examines the organization of Voronezh district water rescue society. The following issues are under analysis: the internal structure of the society, the adoption of its statutory documents and the problems of water rescue in Voronezh province. Special attention is paid to the formation of life-saving service in Russia. The foundation of Voronezh district water rescue society is considered as a stimulus to involve the residents of Voronezh province into the All-Russian humanitarian movement.
