ETHIC PROBLEMATIC OF CULTURAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE INTERNET NETWORK

Abstract. The article discusses the issues of the relation of freedom and security, the equality of access to information and the ways of getting it in a new aspect; some rules of web etiquette are defined. The author designates the basic moments of the Internet network environment: virtuality, reflectivity, anonymity. The examples are given confirming the research topic urgency: the Arab Spring, crimes on the Internet. The author’s definition of some phenomena of bad manners on the Internet is presented. The hypothesis on narrowing the canal of the world perception by the man in connection with the strengthening internetization of society is put forward.
