LEGAL CULTURE THROUGH THE LENSES OF COMMUNICATION THEORY

Abstract. The article examines the peculiarities of legal culture from the standpoint of communicative approach to law. It is emphasized that legal culture is inseparable from the human being and his/her activity. It is a social phenomenon embracing all the significant value components of legal reality in its factual functioning and development. Only through intellectual comprehension and value interpretation legal texts get legal confirmation and transform into legal norms able to influence the behavior of subjects and the legal culture of society on the whole.
