FORMATION OF WOMEN’S ENTREPRENEURIAL LEGAL PERSONALITY AT THE END OF THE ХIХ - THE BEGINNING OF THE ХХ CENTURY

Abstract. The article considers the features and problems of the formation of women’s entrepreneurial legal personality at the end of the ХIХ - the beginning of the ХХ century. The object of the study is legal relationship, into which women entered in the course of conducting their entrepreneurial activity, and the factors that influenced the volume of their legal personality. The novelty of the article is in the distribution of these factors into three groups: social, economic and legal. The result of the study is the substantiation of the special status of the Russian women-entrepreneurs in the modernization of the Russian economy.
