LIBERAL CONSERVATISM IN FORMATION OF NATIONAL SECURITY OF RUSSIA

Abstract. The article reveals the basic ideological conceptions about liberal conservatism in the context of ensuring the national security of the state. The author considers the ideas of conservative and liberal values ??in domestic political and legal traditions, and gives an estimation of the legal values ??(liberal and conservative) of the Russian national security strategy. Particular attention is paid to conservative-liberal collision from the position of the preservation of the identity and secure development of the Russian society; and the provisions and principles of national security with respect to national social-legal reality are determined.
