HEALTHY LIFESTYLE AS IMPORTANT COMPONENT OF ACTIVE LIFESTYLE POSITION FORMATION

Abstract. The authors present the results of testing their own methods of studying lifestyle, the novelty of which is the complex inclusion of the elements of the existing methods of marketing, psychological and sociological approaches to the problem. It is proved that the prevailing lifestyle of population that manifests itself through the person’s value guidelines as a whole, his/her responsibility for what happens in his/her own life and in the world is closely related to the focus on healthy lifestyle and the locus of responsibility for his/her own health. The resulting patterns allow the authors to hypothesize that the promotion of healthy lifestyle, the strengthening of measures on stimulating motor activity contribute to the activation of the life position of population that is a key to the successful development of society.
