DIAGNOSING MANAGEMENT ACTIVITY OF TEACHER IN THE SYSTEM OF MUSICAL AND INSTRUMENTAL TRAINING

Abstract. The article examines the problems of diagnosing the management activity of a higher school teacher. The implementation of administrative functions by a teacher at a higher education establishment of creative orientation is connected with the modernization of the system of higher education, competence approach in the system of higher education and a necessity to form a high level of competences with students. The paper describes one of the methods to diagnose the manifestation of administrative functions in the activity of a teacher in the classes of performance cycle.
