Abstract. In the article the author states that within ontological basis security serves as objective reality and promotes the conservation of the living. Within the limits of epistemological basis it is acquired in the considerable lengths of society life activity. In the context of the axiological basis of security its plenipotentiary subject as a moral being realizes the moral imperative of freedom. Praxeological basis provides information about security, which is necessary for the emergence of impulses to its comprehension.
