Abstract. The article deals with the modern musical-liturgical practice of the Catholic parishes of the Asian part of Russia in the context of the reforms of the Second Vatican Council. The author notes that the phenomenon of dialogue was actualized as a result of the main principle of the modernization of divine service - the active participation of the faithful in the rite. The practice of the eastern parishes of Russia shows the local manifestation of universal Catholic tradition, the distinctive feature of which is an organic dialogue of religious songs of different origin.
