CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO DEFENCE OF COMPETITION AND WAYS OF ITS ENFORCEMENT

Abstract. The article deals with the constitutional right to the realization of one’s entrepreneurial skills by participation in economic activity. In this context such concepts as "right to defence of competition" and "competition law", which are not fixed in the current legislation of the Russian Federation, are analyzed. On the basis of statistical data the author draws conclusion about population’s business activity decrease and actualizes the need for the defence of competition on the part of the state.
