HUMAN FACTOR IN FORMATION OF NIZHNIY NOVGOROD MILITIA: PHILOSOPHICAL ASPECT

Abstract. In the article an attempt of the philosophical consideration of the role of human factor in the formation of Nizhny Novgorod militia is made. In this regard it is emphasized that the "historical person" accomplished his/her mission having shown activity and volitional qualities, willingness to consent and self-sacrifice for the sake of the protection of the motherland. The author concludes that the "modern person" with great opportunities has everything he/she needs to solve this problem if the situation requires it.
