POLITICAL MANAGEMENT AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN THE SPHERE OF RENDERING PUBLIC AND MUNICIPAL SERVICES

Abstract. This article is devoted to the analysis of recent changes in the modern process of political management, such as the development of information and communication technologies and their penetration in the system of the functioning of the institution of political management - public management; and the consequent conception of information society, the basic idea of which is the realization of the openness and accessibility of information on the activity and services of public authorities for citizens in electronic form. The author reveals trends in the transformation of subjective functionality in political management in the context of the spread of innovative technologies (for example, "e-government") in the sphere of rendering public and municipal services.
