Abstract. The article considers the methodological aspects of creating a database for the research of the political activity of political parties in Russia. The problem of identifying stable frames finding expression in events that combine the actions of a party with its discourse is solved. The authors reveal the methodological features of research related to the creation of a database on political events, and make the conceptualization of an "event". A set of project data including the encyclopedia of the Russian parties, the quantitative description of the parties and the event field of the parties is described. Frames in the discourses of new parties are analyzed. The event-analysis of the parties is carried out. The method of political trace-analysis is approved. The basic stable frames of new political parties are identified.
