LEGAL STATUS OF INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION SUBJECTS IN THE RUSSIAN EMPIRE IN THE XIX-XX CENTURIES

Abstract. The article is devoted to the issues of the legal status of construction industry participants under the Russian legislation of the XIX-XX centuries. The author shows that in order to regulate the legal status of industrial construction subjects, the domestic law enforcement mechanism, implemented and tested in the XVIII century, was used. The source of the rights and duties of industrial construction subjects was a class organization of the society.
