Abstract. In the article the author characterizes the essential features and specifics of the formation of biointellectospheric approach to the development of society and nature. This approach is based on the conceptions of the integrity of intellectual and organic life, on attitude to human mind and its activity as factors for preserving and maintaining the natural mechanisms of the functioning of biosphere - a necessary condition for the further stable development of mankind.
