POLICY OF CHINA CONCERNING DEVELOPING COUNTRIES AT THE PRESENT STAGE

Abstract. In the article the peculiarities of the economic and political influence of China on developing countries by the example of the states of Africa and Latin America are studied. The main methods of the expansion of the Chinese capital and their difference from the practice of the western countries, first of all the United States of America, are emphasized. The economic and political consequences of the Chinese expansion for developing countries are considered. The result of the penetration of the Chinese capital in the markets of developing countries is the exacerbation of struggle for resources and the spheres of influence against the background of the global economic crisis.
