INITIATIVE EXPERT AND CRIMINALISTIC REGISTRATIONS AS A SOURCE OF OPERATIVE-INVESTIGATIVE INFORMATION

Abstract. The article focuses on raising the efficiency of using expert and criminalistic registrations in operative-investigative activity. Special attention is paid to the modern state of criminalistically valuable information corpuses; taking into account the opinions of scientists and experts the author argues that these corpuses do not contain all the biometrical data on a human being, which can be used to identify him/her. In this connection the researcher admits the possibility for broadening the list of the sources of operative-investigative information by means of the additional initiative (by the decision of appropriate managers) types of expert and criminalistic registrations.
