SPECIFICS OF THE SYSTEM TO MOTIVATE LABOUR ACTIVITY OF A HIGHER SCHOOL TEACHER

Abstract. The article presents the results of studying the system to motivate labour activity of higher school teaching staff. The author provides a comparison of the motivation systems of teachers, public sector workers and economically active population on the whole with a view to identify the specifics of motivating labour activity of a higher school teacher. Comparing the priority rank of activity parameters and the rank of contentment with these parameters allows identifying the most relevant and urgent motives. The acquired regularities can serve as a basis for developing the efficient system to stimulate higher school teachers.
