MIGRATION POLICY ON THE INTEGRATION AND ADAPTATION OF MIGRANTS IN ORENBURG REGION

Abstract. The article examines the place and role of regional and municipal government bodies in the integration and adaptation of migrants into local community in Orenburg region; the analysis of migration policy in the region is presented and its positive aspects are pointed out. Besides, the paper illustrates the issues of the labour and socio-cultural employment of foreign citizens in Orenburg region. The authors determine the specificity of migration processes and the socio-cultural adaptation of labour migrants in one of the areas of the Volga region.
