ADMINISTRATIVE-LEGAL NORMS REGULATING LIABILITY FOR DELINQUENCY OF FINE PAYMENT IN FOREIGN LEGISLATION

Abstract. The article deals with the peculiarities of the legislation of foreign countries regulating the liability of offenders for the delinquency of fine payment. The main attention is drawn to various ways of influencing non-payers of fines applied by law enforcement agencies of foreign countries. The author notes that to ensure the timely and full payment of fines the legislation of some countries of the near and far abroad actively uses the limitation or deprivation of debtors of special rights.
