ORGANIZATIONAL TRANSFORMATION OF OFFICIAL INSTITUTION OF NOTARIATE IN THE FAR EAST OF RUSSIA (1879 - THE 1990S)

Abstract. The article is devoted to the history of the development, institutionalization and organizational and legal transformation of notarial system in the Far East of Russia and in Manchuria. In accordance with the changing historical conditions Russian notarial institutions were represented here by different organizational and legal forms. The analysis of the specifics of the process of the continuous development of notarial system allows concluding on the high social importance of notarial institution in the overall context of regional history.
