Abstract. The article examines the issues of organizing regime in penitentiary facilities. In this connection the authors provide an analysis and study of such important problems as regime in penitentiary facilities and its criminal-executive specifics; regime in penitentiary facilities and its organizational peculiarities; the authors explore the positive and negative aspects of organizing regime, evaluate the practical importance of Internal Regulations of Penitentiary Facilities.
