VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL POLITICAL PRACTICES: ANALYSIS OF MODERN TENDENCIES

Abstract. The article examines the problems of studying and systematization of political practices. Vertical political practices characterize the hierarchical structures of power based on the principle of subordination and diligence. In contrast to them horizontal practices are based on the interaction and cooperation of different political structures with equivalent statuses.
