MILITARY TRAINING IN TERRITORIAL MILITIA UNITS (BY THE MATERIALS OF TAMBOV REGION)

Abstract. The article is devoted to the analysis of the main peculiarities of the organization of the territorial militia system of the recruitment of troops by the example of Tambov region. The author considers the structure of the territorial militia units, and the features of the organization of the combat, theoretical and political training of the soldiers. The problems of organizing the field training are identified, the conclusions about the degree of success in the preparation of the Red Army men by the territorial units of the Workers-and-Peasants’ Red Army are drawn.
