THE YENISEI ORDER OF LENIN INLAND NAVIGATION COMPANY IN THE PROCESS OF TRANSFORMATIONS OF 1985-2001

Abstract. The article examines the basic stages of the Yenisei Order of Lenin Inland Navigation Company entering into market relations from 1985 till 2001, the legislative basis of the transformations. The paper shows the results of introducing self-supporting relations in the period of the restructuring, changes in the structure of the navigation company in the 90s of the XX century, the peculiarities of the privatization; considers the main trends of the social policy of the navigation company, and also the reforms influence on the social sphere of the enterprise.
