INTERETHNIC CONFLICT AS OBJECT OF INTERNATIONAL LEGAL RESOLUTION

Abstract. The article reveals the content of the notions "interethnic conflict", "international legal resolution of ethnic conflict", the role of the implementation of international humanitarian law into domestic law. Special attention is paid to the critical analysis of alternative notions including the terms "nation", "ethnicity", "people", "national minority".
