MATERIALS OF THE STATE ARCHIVE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION ON MATERNITY AND CHILDHOOD PROTECTION IN EASTERN SIBERIA IN THE 1920-1930S

Abstract. The article is devoted to studying the materials of the State Archive of the Russian Federation on maternity and childhood protection in Eastern Siberia in the 1920-1930s. The paper presents a summarized characteristic of archival funds, emphasizes the importance of document materials for studying the realization of state social policy in the sphere of maternity and childhood protection in Eastern Siberia. The author concludes that the investigated archival funds contain rich and varied material that can be used as the primary source for studying maternity and childhood protection in the 1920-1930s.
