PROBLEMS OF THE TERM "PRIVATE PRACTICE" USE IN THE RUSSIAN LEGISLATION

Abstract. In the article the legislative examples of the use of the term "private practice", which becomes more widespread in the current Russian legislation, in the texts of normative documents are studied. The author focuses on the absence of the legal definition of this term and the critical analysis of its alternative interpretations in different regulatory acts, the absence of the clear correlations of the notions "private practice", "professional activity" and "entrepreneurial activity". As a result of the research the author suggests a formula of the notion "private practice" proceeding from the singled out essential features of this legal phenomenon.
