Abstract. In the article the legal conflict arising between the parties of the labour contract on the path to the realization of the state programme on labour relations legalization is considered. During the empirical study the authors analyze the characteristic peculiarities of the violations of employees’ labour rights on the basis of the data on labour-market of the Federal Service on Labour and Employment, reveal the main reasons of the labour legislation violations during the inquiry of the respondents, consider the ways of preventing legal conflicts while concluding a labour contract and correspondingly labour relations legalizing.
