METHODS OF VOCAL SKILLS FORMATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE (BY THE MATERIALS OF WORK IN YOUTH LEISURE INSTITUTIONS)

Abstract. In the article the methods of the vocal skills formation of young people in the conditions of popular singing teaching on the basis of youth leisure institutions are presented. The methods contain exercises aimed at the formation of the basic vocal skills and ways of singing of trainees. The author asserts that the acquisition of these vocal skills makes possible to perform popular music of any genres and styles (jazz, pop, rock, etc.). The methods presented in the article have been tested by the author in the process of real teaching practice and underlain the research study.
