REFLEXIVE CONTROL IN SITUATION OF INTERPERSONAL CONFLICT

Abstract. The article discusses the possibility of the application of reflexive processes analysis apparatus to interpersonal conflicts. The general logic of external reflexive control techniques connected with the correction of the conflict situation perception, the goal-setting of the conflicting subjects, as well as the strategies of their behaviour in conflict are described. Particular attention is paid to the techniques that are aimed not at the achievement of unilateral advantage in conflict interaction but at conflict resolution suggesting relatively full satisfaction of all participants’ interests.
