ENSURING RIGHT TO RESPECT OF HONOUR AND DIGNITY OF INDIVIDUAL AND TO PERSONAL SAFETY DURING CRIMINAL LEGAL PROCEDURE

Abstract. In the article the author considers the problem of the violation of the right to the respect of honour and dignity. This phenomenon is very often found in the sphere of criminal legal procedure, namely, in places of custody as in these conditions the possibilities to use the means of legal defense by people, whose honour and dignity are humiliated, are restricted. In the work the circumstances, which impede the realization of the right to the respect of the honour and dignity of an individual, and the ways to solve this problem such as personnel training, the change of the external conditions of custody are considered
