MIGRANTS AND INDIGENOUS POPULATION: MUTUAL BENEFIT AND PEACEFUL COEXISTENCE

Abstract. Considering "The Conception of the State Border Policy of the Russian Federation for the Period till 2025" the author notes the ambiguity of the main idea of the document, which supports the course of migration flows intensification. The positive and negative aspects of this process are analyzed. On the basis of foreign experience possible ways of international labour migration regulation with account of the interests of the indigenous population of the receiving country are considered.
