DEVELOPMENT OF INSTITUTION OF JUDGES’ DISCIPLINARY RESPONSIBILITY IN THE PERIOD OF JUDICIAL REFORM IN 1864

Abstract. The goal of the article is to reflect progressive points in the history of the institution of judges’ disciplinary responsibility formation in Russia, which took place in the period of the judicial reform of 1864, to note certain problems that complicated the realization of positive transformations in the studied sphere, to evaluate them. The study of the peculiarities of the institution of judges’ disciplinary responsibility formation and evolution based on the analysis of the regulatory acts of the period of the judicial reform of 1864 allows the authors to judge about the regularities and further perspectives of the normative regulation of this type of responsibility.
