PAIN AND NOTHING - EXISTENTIAL-PHENOMENOLOGICAL ANALYSIS

Abstract. The notion "nothing" is one of the fundamental notions in philosophy, this is one of the starting points of reasoning on the existence and realization of the world and in the world. Nothing is supposed to be indefinite, potentiating environment, which generates new in senses and content. Some philosophers connect nothing with the notion of pain. The author analyzes the existential essence of pain phenomenon and nothing revealing their correlation. Both pain and nothing are supposed to be not only destructive but also potentiating phenomena.
